This fully equipped and remodeled vacation condo is located on the beautiful sandy beach in Sunny Isles Beach, conveniently located at the northern area of Miami Beach, between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Just minutes from trendy South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, Gulfstream Park, theatres, grocery stores, nightclubs and world famous restaurants.
Our fully equipped condo is located on the 5th floor, with a balcony that provides both, beautiful view of the ocean and city. Our vacation condo has been remodeled with a new kitchen, ceramic tile floors, cabinets and tiled bathroom.

Directions from: Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport: Take Interstate I-95 South to Ives Dairy Road exit. Go East on the exit to Biscayne Blvd. Turn right on Biscayne Blvd. (Southbound) to the William Lehman Causeway (856 East) take a left. (keeping in the middle lane). At end of causeway turn left and condo building is immediately on the right side. Pull up to the driveway and a valet will assist you with parking.
Miami International Airport: Take Interstate I-395 East towards Miami Beach. When you reach Interstate I-95 take it North to Miami Gardens Drive. Go east on Miami Gardens Drive to Biscayne Boulevard. Turn left on Biscayne Boulevard to the William Lehman Causeway. Turn right onto William Lehman Causeway to Collins Avenue. Turn left on Collins Avenue, hotel is on the immediate right.
